Buy properties to expand storage, housing capacity and access to certain systems such as the nightclub. Develop properties for a permanent income boost.
How it works
- My properties opens on the country you are in. Filter All or another country. Each owned tile shows that building's country.
- Each property has its own role: storage space, housing capacity or access to a follow-up module such as the nightclub.
- Warehouse upgrades increase your storage capacity for items and other stock.
- Houses store weapons, ammo, vests, cash, materials, drugs and trade goods and are safer on arrest. Warehouses store the same plus tools.
- Houses and apartments increase housing capacity; VIP players receive extra slots on top of that.
- Some properties are unique or country locked: you must be in the correct country to buy or manage them.
- Selling yields 70% of purchase price. No cooldown on selling, it is instant.
- A purchased nightclub opens the separate nightclub management screen; that module handles management and revenue, not the properties overview.
- Develop spends bank money: each level permanently raises that property's passive income (max level and cooldown are server-tuned).
Tips
- Invest in a Warehouse early if you need more storage space for your other systems.
- Choose houses and apartments when you want to build more housing capacity for related gameplay systems.
- Do not sell too quickly: 70% represents a serious markdown from purchase price.
- Develop high base-income properties first — the percentage boost matters more there.
